These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between you and Mytide Laboratories LLC, doing business as Mytide Lab (“Mytide Lab,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Research Use Only Agreement

By accessing or using the Mytide Lab website and purchasing any products, you acknowledge and agree that all products sold by Mytide Lab are intended strictly for laboratory and research use only. Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, and must not be used as drugs, food, cosmetics, or household chemicals.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to use this website and purchase products from Mytide Lab. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use any product purchased from Mytide Lab for human or animal consumption. Products shall only be used for legitimate laboratory research, in-vitro testing, and educational purposes by qualified individuals or institutions. Any misuse of products is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.

4. Limitation of Liability

Mytide Lab shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized application of any product. Products are provided “as is” for research purposes. In no event shall Mytide Lab's total liability exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Mytide Lab and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of products complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. You agree to provide accurate information when placing orders and to maintain the security of your account credentials.

7. Refund and Return Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed and processed. This policy is in place to protect product integrity, maintain chain-of-custody standards, and prevent tampering or resale risks.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or fails to arrive due to a confirmed carrier issue, please contact Mytide Lab support within 7 days of delivery and we may, at our discretion, provide a replacement or store credit. 8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mytide Lab, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use or misuse of any product; (b) your violation of these terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any claim by a third party related to your use of products purchased from Mytide Lab.

9. Text Messaging Terms

Text messaging is optional. Selecting the optional text-message checkbox authorizes Mytide Lab to send order and shipping updates and recurring automated promotional and product-availability texts to the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Providing a phone number alone does not subscribe you to promotional texts. If you contact us by text, we may reply about your inquiry without enrolling you in promotions.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or contact support. We also honor other clear requests to stop texting. An unchecked box on a later order is not an opt-out request for a previous subscription; use STOP or contact support to withdraw prior consent. 10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in the State of New Mexico.

11. Changes to Terms

Mytide Lab reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
